彩钢屋面由结构层、保温层和面板层构成，结构层以c型钢和z型钢为主；保温层现场填充时多为玻璃丝棉、岩棉，当保温层为聚苯或聚氨酯时，通常与彩钢板在工厂内预先复合成型（称为彩钢复合夹芯板）；面板层主要有彩色压型钢板、彩钢复合夹芯板。依据面板层的选用不同，彩钢屋面可大致分为单层彩钢板屋面、双板现场复合屋面和彩钢复合夹芯板屋面。

彩钢屋面一般采用彩钢压型板或彩钢复合夹芯板。彩钢压型板是采用镀锌（或镀铝锌）基板涂覆彩色涂层后形成的彩涂板轧制成型。单层彩钢压型板重量轻、强度高、制作安装方便，但导热系数大，隔音效果差；对有保温、隔音要求的屋面，可采用双层彩钢压型板中间填充保温材料（如玻璃丝棉、岩棉等）或采用彩钢复合夹芯板，彩钢夹芯板为双层彩钢板与保温材料在工厂通过粘结剂预先复合成型，因此具有抗弯刚度高、整体性能好等优点，使用范围越来越广。

Color steel roof generally adopts color steel pressing plate or color steel composite sandwich board.Color steel pressing plate is formed by using galvanized (or galvanized) substrate coated with color coating.Single-layer color steel pressing plate light weight, high strength, convenient production and installation, but large thermal insulation coefficient, poor sound insulation effect; the roof, double-layer color steel pressing plate can be filled with insulation materials (such as glass wool, rock wool, etc.), or the color steel composite sandwich plate, color steel sandwich plate for double-layer color steel plate and insulation material in the factory through binder composite molding, so with high bending stiffness, good overall performance and other advantages.

彩钢压型板基板厚度一般为0.3mm～1.0mm，压型后具有一定的刚度和承载能力，屋面外板应尽量选用厚度较大、镀锌基层质量好的彩板轧制，因为彩板过薄，经过一段时间的使用，外板腐蚀或受温度影响变形，板材搭接缝增大，容易造成漏水；而压型板基板镀锌基层质量不好时，涂层太薄，致使压型板使用寿命短，易锈蚀损坏造成雨水渗漏。屋面板的长向连接主要是搭接，即上坡板压下坡板，搭接处设置专用防水密封胶；屋面板侧向连接方式主要有搭接连接、暗扣式连接、咬合暗扣式连接。搭接连接是把压型钢板搭接边重叠，并用自攻螺丝连成整体，屋面螺钉外露，波峰均比较低。暗扣式连接是先将压型板固定支座固定在屋面檩条上，再将压型板与固定支座扣合，屋面无螺钉外露，由于支座与檩条用螺钉连接而无法控制热胀冷缩的变形。咬合暗扣式连接是比较先进的屋面板连接方式，屋面系统通过滑动支架来固定屋面板，既有利于屋面防水和保持屋面的整体性，又能有效的控制因热胀冷缩引起的变形。

The roof system fixed the roof panel through sliding bracket, which is not only conducive to the roof waterproof and maintain the integrity of the roof, but also can effectively control the deformation caused by heat expansion and cold contraction.
