冷轧板以热轧卷板为原料，冷轧时，轧件是在再结晶温度以下轧制的，一般钢轧件在室温下轧制。含硅量较高的硅钢片， 脆性大塑性低，在冷轧前需要预热至200℃。冷轧卷板生产过程中由于不进行加热，所以不存在热轧常出现的麻点和氧化铁皮等缺陷， 表面质量好、光洁度高。而且冷轧产品的尺寸精度高，产品的性能和组织能满足一些特殊的使用要求，如电磁性能、深冲性能等。 冷轧卷板应用领域很广，如汽车制造、电气产品、机车车辆、航空、精密仪表、食品罐头等。冷轧板一般规格：厚度0.15-3mm， 宽度550-1530mm，卷板外径 Φ1000-2500mm，卷板内径Φ410-610mm。卷和平板差点就是一个裁剪包装。 冷硬卷板是热轧卷板经过酸洗、冷轧得到的。可以说是冷轧板卷的一种。冷轧板卷（退火态）：热轧卷板经过酸洗、冷轧、 罩式退火、平整、（精整）得到的。两者区别主要有三点：1、外观上，一般冷硬卷板有点发微乌。2、表面质量、结构、 尺寸精度等冷轧板要比冷硬卷板要好。3、性能上，由于热轧卷板经过冷轧工序直接得到的冷硬卷板在冷轧时发生加工硬化， 导致屈服强度增加、并残留了部分内应力，外在表现为较“硬”故称冷硬卷板。故屈服强度：冷硬卷板大于冷轧板卷（退火态）， 使得冷轧板卷（退火态）更加利于冲压成型。一般冷轧板卷默认的交货状态为退火态。 Cold rolled sheet takes hot rolled coil as raw material. Therefore, the yield strength: the cold-rolled coil is greater than the cold-rolled coil (annealed state), which makes the cold-rolled coil (annealed state) more conducive to stamping forming. Generally, the default delivery status of cold rolled coil is annealed.
