镀铝硅无铬钝化钢板具有良好的耐热抗氧化,耐蚀性和热反射性,因此在汽车,家电及轻工领域得到了广泛应用.但常规镀铝硅无铬钝化钢板耐高温黄变性能较差,在高温环境中表面会迅速黄变,不仅影响其外观,还会降低其耐腐蚀性能,因此限制了其在烤炉烤箱内胆,汽车排气管等具有耐高温要求领域的应用.为解决该问题,本文设计开发了一种用于镀铝硅钢板的具有自修复能力的无机类耐高温无铬钝化涂层,500℃高温烘烤测试,耐盐雾测试,扫描电镜分析及能谱分析可知,500℃高温烘烤后,耐高温无铬钝化涂层表面无龟裂,脱落等缺陷,且涂层表面氧元素含量无明显提高,这表明耐高温无铬钝化涂层耐热性良好且能隔绝氧气与铝硅镀层接触,防止铝硅镀层在高温下氧化.经耐高温无铬钝化涂层处理后,镀铝硅钢板500℃烘烤5min后表面色差<3,且烘烤前后耐盐雾性能均能保证72h表面无锈蚀,因此特别适用于烤炉烤箱内胆,汽车排气管等具有耐高温要求的领域

However, the high-temperature yellowing resistance of conventional Aluminized Silicon chromium free passivated steel plate is poor, and the surface will turn yellow rapidly in high-temperature environment, which will not only affect its appearance, but also reduce its corrosion resistance, which limits its application in the interior of oven, In order to solve this problem, an inorganic high temperature resistant and chromium free passivation coating with self repairing ability for Aluminized Silicon steel plate is designed and developed. After baking at 500 ℃, salt spray resistance test, scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis, it can be seen that after baking at 500 ℃, the surface of high temperature resistant and chromium free passivation coating has no crack, Defects such as falling off, and the oxygen content on the surface of the coating is not significantly improved, which indicates that the high-temperature chromium free passivation coating has good heat resistance, can isolate oxygen from contact with the aluminum silicon coating and prevent the aluminum silicon coating from oxidation at high temperature. After the high-temperature chromium free passivation coating treatment, the surface color difference of the aluminum silicon steel plate after baking at 500 ℃ for 5min is less than 3, and the salt spray resistance before and after baking can ensure that the surface is free of corrosion for 72h, Therefore, it is especially suitable for the fields with high temperature resistance requirements, such as oven, oven liner, automobile exhaust pipe and so on.
