镀锌板是通过连续热浸镀方式表面镀一层锌的钢板,不锈钢是一种耐化学腐蚀介质酸、碱、盐等化学浸蚀腐蚀的钢材,两者之间的防锈性能不一样,密度不一样,镀锌板密度为7.85,不锈钢密度为7.93,不锈钢硬度比镀锌板高,镀锌板在于镀锌板是通过热浸指表面镀有一层锌的钢板。镀锌是一种经常采用的经济而有效的防锈方法,镀锌钢板是为防止钢板表面遭受腐蚀延长其使用寿命,在钢板表面涂以一层金属锌,这种涂锌的钢板称为镀锌板。不锈钢是不锈耐酸钢的简称,耐空气、蒸汽、水等弱腐蚀介质或具有不锈性的钢种称为不锈钢;而将耐化腐蚀介质(酸、碱、盐等化学浸蚀)腐蚀的钢种称为耐酸钢

按生产及加工方法可分为以下几类:

①热浸镀锌钢板。将薄钢板浸入熔解的锌槽中,使其表面粘附一层锌的薄钢板。目前主要采用连续镀锌工艺生产,即把成卷的钢板连续浸在熔解有锌的镀槽中制成镀锌钢板

②合金化镀锌钢板。这种钢板也是用热浸法制造,但在出槽后,立即把它加热到500℃左右,使其生成锌和铁的合金薄膜。这种镀锌板具有良好的涂料的密着性和焊接性;

③电镀锌钢板。用电镀法制造这种镀锌钢板具有良好的加工性。但镀层较薄,耐腐蚀性不如热浸法镀锌板

④单面镀和双面差镀锌钢板。单面镀锌钢板,即只在一面镀锌的产品。在焊接、涂装、防锈处理、加工等方面,具有比双面镀锌板更好的适应性。

⑤合金、复合镀锌钢板。它是用锌和其他金属如铝、铅、锌等制成合金乃至复合镀成的钢板。这种钢板既具有卓越的防锈性能,又有良好的涂装性能;

除上述五种外,还有彩色镀锌钢板、印花涂装镀锌钢板、聚氯乙烯叠层镀锌钢板等。但目前最常用的仍为热浸镀锌板。

③ Electro galvanized steel sheet. The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating has good workability. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot dip galvanized sheet

④ Single side plated and double side poor galvanized steel sheet. Single side galvanized steel plate, i.e. products galvanized only on one side. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, antirust treatment and processing.

⑤ Alloy, composite galvanized steel sheet. It is an alloy made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead and zinc, and even a composite plated steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent antirust performance, but also has good coating performance;

In addition to the above five, there are color galvanized steel plate, printing coated galvanized steel plate, PVC laminated galvanized steel plate, etc. However, the most commonly used is still hot-dip galvanized plate.

“不锈钢”一词不仅仅是单纯指一种不锈钢,而是表示一百多种工业不锈钢,所开发的每种不锈钢都在其特定的应用领域具有良好的性能。成功的关键首先是要弄清用途,然后再确定正确的钢种。和建筑构造应用领域有关的钢种通常只有六种。不锈钢指耐空气、蒸汽、水等弱腐蚀介质和酸、碱、盐等化学浸蚀性介质腐蚀的钢,又称不锈耐酸钢。实际应用中,常将耐弱腐蚀介质腐蚀的钢称为不锈钢,而将耐化学介质腐蚀的钢称为耐酸钢。由于两者在化学成分上的差异,前者不一定耐化学介质腐蚀,而后者则一般均具有不锈性。不锈钢的耐蚀性取决于钢中所含的合金元素。

不锈钢的耐蚀性随含碳量的增加而降低,因此,大多数不锈钢的含碳量均较低,最大不超过1.2%,有些钢的ωc(含碳量)甚至低于0.03%(如00Cr12)。

不锈钢中的主要合金元素是Cr(铬),只有当Cr含量达到一定值时,钢材有耐蚀性。因此,不锈钢一般Cr(铬)含量至少为10.5%。不锈钢中还含有Ni、Ti、Mn、N、Nb、Mo、Si、Cu等元素。

目前国内不锈钢生产厂家有,甬金、承德、太钢、本铺、张浦、宏旺、酒钢、广州联众、宝新不锈钢、创生不锈钢、宝钢不锈钢等。

Structural composition

The corrosion resistance of stainless steel decreases with the increase of carbon content. Therefore, the carbon content of most stainless steels is low, up to 1.2%, and that of some steels is low ω C (carbon content) is even lower than 0.03% (such as 00Cr12).

The main alloying element in stainless steel is Cr (chromium). Only when the Cr content reaches a certain value, the steel has corrosion resistance.
